Lou is the senior partner of Conrad Trosch & Kemmy, P.A. He has nearly 40 years of experience in real estate law, litigation, business formation, probate and estate administration. Lou currently heads our Real Estate Department and also handles matters relating to estate administration and probate. He is an award-winning tenured professor of Business Law at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is the author of numerous law articles. He is certified by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission to conduct continuing legal education seminars. Lou earned his Master’s degree from the George Washington University College of Business and his Law degree from West Virginia University. Lou has been rated as having very high to preeminent legal ability and very high ethical standards as established by a survey of confidential opinions from the area judges and attorneys.
