Michael heads our Estate and Probate Department. Utilizing over 25 years of experience, Michael’s practice concentrates on estate planning, probate and estate administration. Michael also handles matters relating to general business law and real estate law. He taught Business Law at the University of North Carolina from 1987 to 1997 and has also worked for the IRS as an estate and gift tax attorney. Michael earned his Law degree from Washburn University School of Law and is a graduate of Creighton University. A frequent lecturer on probate and estate planning topics, Michael has been rated as having high to very high legal ability and very high ethical standards as established by a survey of confidential opinions from area judges and attorneys.
